I first bought a tube and a bolt for my x7. I didn't get insurance and the post office lost it. And after a few emails and when i thought i wasn't going to get one ,Thomas said he would send another one and take the lost. I was very glad, I told him he had a customer for life. He didn't have to send one, but that's what i call a good customer service. And a little friendly advice TAKE THE INSURNACE it is only a few dollars more and it is well worth it. Thanks guys for everything you have done for me.. keep up the good work
